Receiving a Transmission
A gentle guide for how to receive the core transmission and how the work may continue to move through your field in the days that follow. There is no single way to receive this modality — only what feels natural for you. Your field, your higher self, and your guiding collective will always meet the transmission in the way that supports you best.

Passive Method
Effortless, gentle, and fully guided by your collective.
Passive Receiving is the simplest way to receive the transmission.
You don’t need to meditate, focus, or create a particular state.
You can rest, move through your day, or simply soften into whatever you’re already doing.
Your guiding collective and mine work together to manage the delivery.
The energy knows exactly where to go and how to move through your field.
This option is ideal if:

you prefer a gentle, effortless experience

you’re sensitive to over focusing

you want the work to meet you quietly in the background

you feel more comfortable receiving without structure
You only need to be open to receive.

Intentional Method
A conscious, quiet, present way to receive.
If you prefer to be more aware of the transmission, you can choose to call it in intentionally.
Find a quiet space, settle your body, and allow yourself to soften.
You may wish to:

sit or lie comfortably

listen to relaxing music

breathe gently
Set the intention “I am open to receiving the transmission from The Resonance Sanctuary.”
Your higher self manages the delivery, and the energy moves in the way your field is ready to receive.

Guided Method
A fully immersive, live transmission anchored into sound, crystal, and guidance.
If you choose the guided meditation option, the transmission is active at the same time I record your meditation.
This is a live, co‑channelled experience shaped by my guiding collective.
During the recording:

the crystals selected by my guides are physically present and active

the tuning forks are sounded in real time

the frequencies are anchored directly into the recording
-
the energetic architecture is created as I speak
The result is a meditation that carries the full resonance of the session — sound, crystalline consciousness, guidance, and transmission woven together.
How to Listen
To receive the meditation safely and fully:

find a quiet, comfortable space

use headphones for an immersive experience

allow yourself to soften and settle

do not listen while driving or operating anything requiring full attention.
You can listen once or return to it whenever you feel called — the frequencies remain active within the recording.
What to Expect Afterwards
There is no right or wrong way to receive this modality, you choose what feels right for you.
